A near-sister 2001 GB 46 with the same Cats at similar hours is asking about $475K, and this one has one long-term owner, stabilizers and a bow thruster. The 3208s are simple engines any yard can service, and at about 2,300 hours they are mid-life. On a teak-decked Grand Banks this age, the survey that matters is the deck core under the teak, the fuel tanks, the window frames and the flybridge for leaks, so I'd moisture-meter all of it before committing.
