The full story and what I'd check
The seller has made a major price drop and is open to offers, and at $599K she's roughly $250K under the next 630 I could find. About 3,100 hours on 16V2000s is mid-life, not tired.
I'd want the full MTU service history, including the major-interval work and heat exchangers, and a close look at the shaft logs, stringers and fuel tanks. Budget realistically for running 4,000 hp. She's minutes from me, so a showing and sea trial are easy.
This yacht is listed by another brokerage. I'm sharing it because I believe it may represent interesting value based on the information publicly available at the time of posting.
Sea Yachts is not the listing broker for this yacht. Listing details, pricing, availability and condition may change and should be independently verified with the listing broker.
If you're interested in this boat, I can represent you as the buyer's broker and work with the listing broker on your behalf.
