She's the youngest 44 listed and still priced under the 2005 and 2007 boats. 715 hours on a John Deere is barely broken in, and she already has stabilizers, a bow thruster and fuel polishing.
Very low hours on a trawler can mean she sat, so I'd check the stabilizer seals, sound the fuel tanks, look for wet-stacking, and inspect the teak and window bedding for leaks.
