The full story and what I'd check
You rarely see a 54 at this money, and this one has around a thousand hours and a crew-run history. The 2025 yard period (bottom, alignment, cutless bearings, seals, electronics) says the owner spent money rather than deferring it.
On survey I'd pull oil samples, have a MAN tech look at the common-rail injectors and aftercoolers, sound the cored areas of the bridge and cockpit, and confirm the true engine hours, since the listing gives two numbers.
