The full story and what I'd check
Under 550 hours is light for a diesel boat this age, and the turbos and electronics were just redone. It has already come down $20K and the seller's plans have changed, so there may be more room. On survey I'd have the IPS pods checked closely (boot seals, anodes, pod oil), pull oil samples on both engines and the generator, and get the records for the turbo job. Comparable Sovrans are asking $230K–$249K.
