The full story and what I'd check
Down from about $2.2M, this boat was never chartered, is already in the US, and has new teak decks and chillers (2023). Comparable 2014 boats in the Med ask around €1.35M and still need import duty, so this is the cleaner buy for a US owner. About 1,950 hours on the C32s is normal use, so I'd budget for a full Cat dealer inspection with oil analysis, and sea-trial the stabilizers and thrusters under load.
